      Approved Third Party Vendors

      Third-party ad serving (3PAS) on YouTube reservation: As of May 15, 2019, support for YouTube 3PAS (VAST) is available through a new API-based framework that ingests and serves advertisers’ creatives via Google’s systems. Innovid, Sizmek, Extreme Reach, Adform, and Flashtalking are currently integrated with the framework. To leverage this solution, third party providers need to be integrated with Ads Data Hub, which handlesperformance measurement.

      Third-party ad tracking (3PAT) on YouTube (auction and reservation): As of October 1, 2020, YouTube reservation and auction campaign measurement is available through pixels from: Nielsen, Kantar, Dynata, as well as those third party providers currently integrated with Ads Data Hub including but not limited to Comscore, DoubleVerify, IAS and MOAT.

      Terms of Booking – Booking process

      In order for the client to take part of We Are Era guaranteed delivery for reserved Ad Space campaigns, the booking needs to be signed by the client and confirmed received by We Are Era Ad Operations team 5 business days prior to the campaign start. If the campaign has been signed by client and confirmed received by We Are Era Ad Operations team, the material does also need to be sent and confirmed received by We Are Era Ad Operations team 5 business days prior to the campaign start.

      If the booking or it’s material arrives later than 5 business days prior to the campaign start date, We Are Era will and cannot guarantee delivery for your campaign.

      Terms of Booking – Cancellations

      Cancellation of an ad space campaign has to be done 10 business days prior to campaign start date. Cancellations made after that will be done in consultation with your sales contact.

      We Are Era follows YouTubes strict guidelines in regards to advertising towards kids or advertising on channels where the content appeals to kids. Furthermore, We Are Era follows the international marketing guidelines in relations to advertising towards children
