We Are Era appoints Barbara Zeiss as Chief Product Officer

We Are Era, Europe's largest hybrid of content studio and talent agency, is expanding its leadership team and bringing Barbara Zeiss on board. The strategist and marketing expert joins as Chief Product Officer, strengthening the management team alongside Tobias Schiwek (CEO), Nancy Julius (COO), Christoph von Schwerin (CFO), and Denis Müller (CSO).

Zeiss brings over 15 years of experience in the marketing and creative industries. She began her career in market research before moving into brand management, product marketing, and audience targeting in the tech, lifestyle, and fashion sectors. She then founded a company specializing in new media marketing, focusing particularly on matchmaking, consulting, and strategic conception of influencer marketing campaigns for NGOs. Additionally, she has provided interim management consulting for head and C-level positions in brands and companies spanning the tech, FinTech, legal tech, GovTech, and energy sectors.

In her new role at We Are Era, she is responsible for the strategic development of products and services that enable the company's clients to reach every community and subculture in Europe with the shortest possible path. In 2021, We Are Era laid the groundwork for its repositioning and established a Social Intelligence Hub focused on culture marketing. Leveraging data from millions of channels and content on leading platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, the data-driven expert team provides partners with psycho- and demographic insights and real-time community analyses. The resulting insights and perspectives offer advertisers a better basis for decision-making and security for future campaign planning.
